The process of creating a FIMO bead is as follows: the original STAEDTLER polymer clay classic FIMO ("ACMI-Seal AP  non toxic") is shaped to Rondell beads and then baked in an oven for about 30 minutes at 110°C (230°F) to harden them. Once baked, this bead is drilled, sanded, hand painted with Acrylic paints and then covered with the STAEDTLER glossy lacquer to protect the colors and the FIMO clay with its hard finish. The sterling silver core comes with a 4.50mm hole creates beads that add up the style to your bracelets, necklaces or earrings.
